Louis Contadino began his career as a staff architect with progressive firms gaining experience as a designer and project architect on commercial structures, large-scale urban projects and high-end custom homes. In 1989 Louis founded Contadino Architects, AIA. Throughout his career his focus has been on the ability of design, inspired by the elements of space, scale, material and light to enhance the lives of its users.

 

Louis earned a Bachelor of Architecture, with distinction, from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect registered in the states of Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Architects, The Connecticut Society of Architects and The National Trust for Historic Preservation. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Architectural Review Committee for the Town of Greenwich. Additionally, Louis is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
